On 24 April 2026 we were guests of scoreprise.AI. Above the rooftops of Hamburg, Niclas Barthélemy (CEO and co-founder of scoreprise.AI) gave us a compelling impulse talk on “Hybrid organisations and AI employees”.
The talk and the discussion that followed circled around fundamental questions: What can an AI employee do? How is one built? How does onboarding into the team work? Do AI employees cost people their jobs? How secure is the AI, and where is it hosted?
True to alumni tradition, a delicious finger-food buffet after the talk left plenty of room for conversation, discussion and networking.
